 Research & Development Objectives:

  1. Effect of VTI parameters on the obsesrvations (seismograms).
  2. AVO and waveform inversion in VTI media.
  3. Trade-off between different VTI parameters.

 Deliverables:

  1. VTI AVO inversion software using linearized R/T coefficients.
  2. Single-user license of binary VTI reflectivity modeling software.
  3. A yearly technical progress report will be presented to each supporting member in an annual sponsors meeting.
  4. Preprints of any publication will be provided to the sponsors.
